Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any bedding which includes anything that has been washed or used
unless it is defective due to hygienic reason.
PUBLIC CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE that most merchandize WITH MANUFACTURER'S DEFECTS OR SHIPPING ERROR ONLY can be returned for an exchange or a refund within 20 days from date of delivery. We do not authorize returns or refunds for merchandize in good condition that you do not like, need or want anymore (the design, colour etc.), but that was correctly shipped. Please email us to obtain a return authorization number (RA) before you ship an item back. Returned items must be accompanied by an RA number, its original receipt, all its packaging materials, unused, and in mint condition. Full refund or exchange will be remitted for products shipped with manufacturer’s defects or shipping error with the exceptions of opened bed sheets, pillows and duvets. We reserve the right to reject a refund or an exchange if the returned item has failed our inspections or do not meet our policy. Please note that shipping, duty and brokerage and insurance fees are non-refundable. Generally, most returns will take 2-3 weeks to process. We do not honour any returns for merchandize purchased more than 6 months ago.
